Head back to Jack’s Inn the same way you came to Brookhaven Hospital — North on Carroll Street and then East on Nathan Avenue (There are a few enemies on the way but nothing of interest so you might as well go straight to the motel). Enter your motel room (106) and you will find Vincent.

Your next destination is the Lakeside Amusement Park. Get out onto Nathan Ave, and just keep heading North West until you arrive.
