The JOKR is a lock-on rocket launcher based off of the Javelin. Hold the fire button and wait for a lock-on to launch the missile straight into the air and directly down onto the target. Make sure there is enough space in front while launching the rocket or it might hit something and explode. All launchers in Modern Warfare are secondary weapons that have no attachments.
