How to Obtain
Michael cannot be found during shuffle time in any dungeon. As with the other Judgement personas, you must fuse Michael to obtain it. Possible fusion recipes:
- Yoshitsune + Vishnu + Seiryuu
- Yoshitsune + Beelzebub + Decarabia
