Operator Tips

Gridlock is a heavy assault Operator with high rate of fire primary weapons. Use her skills to suppress enemy Operators. Once inside the map throw her Trax Stingers in the halls directly near the objective, to reroute enemies. If they decide to walk through the Stingers, they will take damage and be slowed by them, leaving them vulnerable to further damage from friendlies.

While they can be thrown inside the objective room with Operators, and Operator can simply shoot and destroy the mats before they are injured. This could provide a distraction, but isn’t the best method for using Gridlock’s Trax Stingers.

Unique Ability

Gridlock’s unique ability is the Trax Stinger, a special throwable gadget that deploys barbed mats in the immediate vicinity. These barbed mats will injure and slow down any enemy Operator that walks through them, and will prevent defending Operators from settings down deployable shields. Each step in Trax Stingers causes 10 damage.

Three Trax Stingers are available per round. They can be destroyed with firearms or explosives, but about 18 will fill the area each time one of these gadgets is thrown.
