Operator Tips

Alibi is a defensive tech Operator who uses holograms to locate her enemies. One method of using Alibi is to place several of the Prisma around a room and stand completely still. If you’re wearing the basic uniform and using the Mx4, no one will be able to tell the difference unless they’re looking at the base of the gadget. Glaz’s scope and the drone’s tagging ability are the only devices that allows the user to see the real Alibi from the fakes. Thatcher’s EMP grenades will also cause the Prisma to flash and malfunction for a few seconds.

A way to trick an enemy is to allow them to discover a Prisma, then when they look away, quickly stand at the base of the Prisma. The hologram will disappear, and you will stand in its place as if the dummy. Wait for an unsuspecting victim to get close enough to finish them off.

Another play style is to breach a few doors or walls and set a Prisma near this hole so only the face or body is showing. An unsuspecting victim will shoot it immediately, giving off their location. The Keratos is a great magnum sidearm with accuracy and power, but the Bailiff will easily punch a hole in a wall like an impact grenade.

Unique Ability

Alibi’s unique ability is the Prisma, a special piece of equipment that projects a hologram of Alibi. The hologram will be holding the Mx4 Storm with no attachments, aiming down its iron sights, and won’t move an inch. It will be wearing the default headgear and uniform.

Any hostile Operator that breaks the hologram in any way will have their position shown off to the entire enemy team for several seconds by a red marker. Even if their drone goes through the hologram, their position will be given away.

Three Prisma are available per round. Thatcher’s EMP cannot destroy the Prisma, but it will disrupt it for a few seconds. The equipment can be destroyed with firearms, explosives, electrified surfaces, and Twitch’s shock drone.
