Operator Tips

Blackbeard is a slower, heavy-duty attack Operator. He has weapons for medium to long range combat, and his rifle shield allows him to peak around corners while being protected from too much damage. However, the shield will slow him down considerably, and his primary weapons fire slowly when compared to other Operators.

Unique Ability

Blackbeard’s unique ability is a mini ballistic shield. Unlike the large ballistic shields some Operators carry, this shield attaches to the top of Blackbeard’s rifles, reducing damage to the head until broken.

Two ballistic shields are available per round. They will break after a certain amount of damage has been sustained, meaning it depends on the guns being used against the shield. Whenever the shield is attached to the gun, mobility will be reduced considerably and automatic reloading will be disabled.

Gadgets

Breach Charge 3 charges that are used to blow open breakable surfaces. Get the jump on enemies or create new lines of sight.
Stun Grenade 3 grenades that detonate two seconds after being thrown. They impair the vision and hearing of all Operators near the explosion for several seconds. Use it to blind and deafen a room filled with enemies before clearing it out.
