Operator Tips

Sledge is a basic assault Operator. Use him to breach walls, doors, and hatches with ease. His sledge hammer can also be used to destroy some of the toughest enemy gadgets. One hit will take out barbed wire, deployable shields, bulletproof cameras, even Maestro’s evil eye!

Unique Ability

Sledge’s unique ability is a breaching hammer called “The Caber.” Use this to smash through destructible surfaces. The Caber can be used a limited number of times per match; watch the meter at the bottom of the screen to see how much more it can be used. One hit can break a hole in a wall to shoot through or completely break a barricade or hatch, and two hits will bust a bigger hole to walk through without crouching or vaulting. A hit with the Caber can also kill enemies with a single shot like other melee attacks.

Gadgets

Stun Grenade 3 grenades that detonate two seconds after being thrown. They impair the vision and hearing of all Operators near the explosion for several seconds. Use it to blind and deafen a room filled with enemies before clearing it out.
Frag Grenade 2 grenades that explode three seconds after pulling the pin. The grenades can be “cooked” by holding it in your hand for a second or two before throwing.
