Sukuna-Hikona

persona-4-golden-sukuna-hikona

Sukuna-Hikona is Naoto Shirogane’s initial Persona and can only be obtained once you have rescued Naoto from the Secret Laboratory dungeon.

Once you maximize the Fortune Social Link with Naoto, Sukuna-Hikona will automatically transform into Yamato-Takeru, carrying its level and skills with it.

Yamato-Takeru

persona-4-golden-yamato-takeru

Yamato Takeru can only be obtained once you have maximized the Fortune Social Link with Naoto Shirogane. Naoto’s initial Persona, Sukuna-Hikona, will transform automatically into Yamato-Takeru, carrying its skills and level with it during the change.

Its default level is carried over from Sukuna-Hikona. It undergoes a change in resistances, however. Yamato-Takeru will now block Light and Darkness (up from resisting) and resist Fire attacks.

If you have maximized the Fortune Social Link, spending time with Naoto during the Winter Event (post-January 11th) will cause Yamato-Takeru to transform into Naoto’s third and final persona, Yamato-Sumeragi.

Yamato Sumeragi

persona-4-golden-yamato-sumeragi

Yamato Sumeragi is the third, and final, Persona of Naoto Shirogane. It can only be obtained during the Winter Event (post-January 11th) once you have already maximized the Fortune Social Link to Rank 10.

Spending Time with Naoto once more will automatically cause Yamato-Takeru to transform into Yamato Sumeragi. Yamato Sumeragi also gets a change in resistances: Fire increases from Resist to Null, and Light and Dark increase from Null to Repel, respectively.

This Persona’s default level will automatically carry over from whatever your Yamato-Takeru was before the transformation. The skills will also carry over from one persona to the other, with one exception. Yamato Sumeragi will learn a new skill called “Shield of Justice.”

Shield of Justice essentially makes your entire party invincible for one turn in battle. It blocks any and all forms of incoming damage.
